RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Locations - Colombo & Galle
- 3-5 years experience in a similar capacity, managing an upscale, casual dining operation
- Experience handling a manual coffee machine
- Exposure at an international café chain will be an added advantage
The ideal candidate will have experience managing peak period operations, with quick turnaround
- Ability to manage the location cash and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
