We are a Company engaging in Importing / Manufacturing & Island wide distribution of strong portfolio of food and beverages. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and dedicated, Goal oriented candidates for the following position with long term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve set goals.
SALES COORDINATOR
- Candidate should possess GCE A/L/O/L
- Part qualification of any accounting body.
- Fluent in English & Sinhala, Knowledge in Tamil will be an additional advantage.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in MS. Office Packages - Excel/Word/PP.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining of sales records.
- Preparing of Sales Targets and Collection Targets.
- Compiling daily/weekly and monthly sales reports. Liaise with sales team.
- Preparation of Invoice and Credit note summary.
- Updating of New customer details.
- Updating Bank Guarantees and renewal Details.
