Executive Business Development & Operations
As a leading developer and manager of Grade 'A' commercial office spaces in Colombo, we are seeking a talented Business Development and Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance brand presence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content for client acquisition and retention
- Act as the point of contact to provide exceptional customer service
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Co-Work
- Managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and drive effective coordination
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in marketing or business administration; professional qualifications are an advantage
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of overall experience
- Proven experience in business development and client engagement, preferably in real estate
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
