We are looking for active dynamic individuals to join our team for the following position:
IT ASSISTANT
- Diploma in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in information technology preferred.
- Knowledge of IT hardware including computers, servers, and other peripherals.
- Excellent understanding of software systems including network, enterprise, antivirus, operating systems, and office programs.
- Monitoring computer systems for malfunctions and errors.
- Performing maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems as needed.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Age between 20-30 years.
- Preferably living in Gampaha or close to Gampaha.
