The Job
- This job is purely focusing on the execution
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Understanding the customer requirements in terms of delivery
- Follow up the order placement to the deliveries, along with the paper procedures, both internally & externally to ensure the efficiency of the production & delivery is met
- Evaluate & analyze the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall efficiencies.
- Coordinate with Planning /Sourcing/ Production team and other related teams where necessary in order to deliver customer requirements
- Managing customer visits as well as maintaining proper records and other critical factors
- Manage debtors, inventories including RM/FG
The Person
- Should possess a BSc Degree (preferably in Textiles/Fashion design) or other equivalent qualification
- Around 2 years of experience in similar capacity (preferably from a design or textile industry) Knowledge in MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player Literacy in English & good presentation skills
- Strong communicator who can respond to customer and internal teams fast in the execution
- Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
