HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
ABOUT US
In 1997, ROOTS opened its first Juice Bar in Majestic City. With consistent quality over the years in addition to the global mind-set shifting towards healthy foods, ROOTS expanded rapidly and has now became the undisputed market leader in the Fresh Fruit Juice sector, with more than 20 outlets currently in operation around Colombo.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Design and implement comprehensive performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle all legal matters related to employment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
