We are an apparel manufacturing company with a strong background with frequent orders throughout the year. We are mainly catering 100% for Brazil & Europe market & our main product is ladies fashion garments. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, who can work independently, willing to learn and have an attitude to excel and apply the knowledge to any given situation.
REQUIREMENTS
- PRODUCTION MANAGER
Degree or Diploma from a recognized university or an apparel related training / qualification.
Should have minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity.
Excellent Communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS office.
Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Need to be a pro-active person to identify potential problems well in advanced & take necessary corrective / preventive action.
Good leadership skills & negotiation skills.
