General Manager/ Assistant General Manager
Seth Sevana Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd, a member of The New Pharmacy Group of establishments, a leading health care service provider in North Western Province with an affiliated chain of pharmacies, wholesale and distribution of pharmaceutical products, laboratory, nurses' training school and imports and export of organic products, is looking for a dedicated dynamic individual to work in a challenging environment as General Manager/ Assistant General Manager.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager/Assistant General Manager to lead our hospital's operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and implementing policies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hospital staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle patient and staff concerns, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and hospital reputation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
