Requirement
- Possesses a Diploma in cookery from a recognized hotel school.
- Experience of 3 years as a commis level chef 2
- Excellent understanding of varied cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Good verbal and writing communication skill in English and Sinhala coupled with computer literacy.
- Prefer to have a glamping or camping site experience as a chef.
