Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the deposit mobilization arm of the company and consistent in achieving given deposit targets.
- Manage the funds of high-net-worth customers.
- Ensure all procedures / internal controls and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
- Understand the industry key trends and provide value added solutions/suggestions to the customer.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fund mobilization in a financial institution in Sri Lanka
- Good knowledge in all directions/regulations of fixed deposits and savings operations
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills and networking ability
