Job Description:
- We are an established Grill themed Restaurant, operating in Kottawa and we are on the lookout for an experienced and skilled F&B Staff to handle the front operations.
- The ideal candidates should be living closer to Colombo and able to join with a short notice.
Positions Available:
Senior Steward (Male/Female)
- Handling customer greeting, order taking, billing and up/cross selling
- Responsible for the overall guest satisfaction
- Knowledge and skills on beverage preparation
- Responsible for service levels, customer satisfaction and retention
- Cashier experience will be an added advantage
Stewards (Male)
- Serving customers, table setups, cleanliness and proper menu knowledge
- Responsible for service levels, customer satisfaction and retention
- Language ability and beverage preparation knowledge
- Cashier experience will be an added advantage
Requirements:
- Candidates with good personality and age below 35
- Recognized qualification from a Hotel School
- Accommodation or a living out allowance can be discussed and arranged
- Minimum experience of 03 years in the applied position
- Ability to work in shifts and till late hours
- Availability to join and start immediately
