Requirements
- Passed G. C. E. A/L.
- ✰ Degree/ Diploma in Supply & Material Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- ✰ Minimum 2 years' experience in stores & warehouse management.
- * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
- * Good communication and reporting skills.
- * Ability to liaise with production units.
- * Ability to work long hours when required.
- * Experience in working with ERP system will be an added advantage.
- * Close proximity to Horana/ Millewa/ Padukka will be preferred. Candidate below 35 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Monitor loading and unloading process and prepare management reports.
- ✰ Performing daily stock audits and update stock movement in system.
- * Ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials received to the warehouse.
- ✰ Issuing stocks to the floor, based on the requirement/requests.
- * Ensure in keeping detailed records and reports of raw materials to ensure traceability and consumption trends.
- ✰ Responsible for unrealistic stock holding and out of stock situations.
- * Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards within the raw material stores.
