EXECUTIVE-INTERNAL AUDIT & COMPLIANCE
We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual to fill the above vacancy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform operational audits/reviews as per the annual audit plan
- Understand business processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare internal audit reports with constructive recommendations to the management
- Perform follow-up audits to review the implementation of prior audit recommendations
- Perform special investigations, spot checks, and inventory verifications
- Carrying out audit assignments and reporting findings directly to the heads of the Internal Audit unit
- Reviewing the organization's financial systems
- Identifying loopholes and recommending risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Drafting letters and reports that reflect the audit's results
- Visit distributors/other locations as required
QUALIFICATION:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a final year undergraduate
- Part qualification in CA/CMA/CIMA/ACCA will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing (external or internal) in a reputed audit firm/commercial establishment
- Age should be below 30 years
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work with minimum supervision and guidance
- Should possess fair knowledge of auditing techniques, accounting standards, and risk management
- Willing to travel to our branches/outlets located island-wide
