IT Infrastructure
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT infrastructure needs and requirements
- Maintain network security, data backup, and disaster recovery plans & vendor management in a timely manner
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to propose innovative IT strategies and solutions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Expertise in installing, configuring (Switch, Router & Firewall) and managing multiple LAN/WAN network technologies
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, RHCSA, CCNA) will be an added advantage
