Job Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets for financing products.
- Evaluate credit effectively and prepare detailed credit appraisal reports.
- Maintain the assigned overall collection ratio. Cross-sell other products available within the company.
- Enhance the quality and growth of the branch portfolio.
- Conduct periodic campaigns and promotions to increase market reach.
- Introduce new customers and retain existing customers.
- Continuously update product knowledge, processes, and procedures.
- Continuously enhance the quality of service provided to customers and maintain the
Person Specifications
- Proficient in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
- Exposure to the alternate financial services (Islamic Finance) industry or product knowledge is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a bank or recognized financial institution is desirable.
- Successful completion of GCE(A/L).
- Part/full qualification in Marketing, Credit, or Islamic Finance is advantageous.
- School leavers with merits in extracurricular activities or those who have excelled in sports are encouraged to apply and will be considered under the Trainees category.
- Preference will be given to team players with strong interpersonal skills.
- A valid driving/riding license is mandatory.
- Highest level of integrity.
