Outbound Tele Sales Assistant Manager / Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound tele sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase market penetration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture within the team, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to effectively position our forex products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager/Team Leader in the sales industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in Hindi Language is preferred.
