Colombo Lotus Tower Management Company, a state-owned enterprise, is entrusted with the management and optimization of the iconic Colombo Lotus Tower. Committed to maximizing the tower's potential, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR - Assistant to join our dynamic team.

HR - ASSISTANT

The Job Profile

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Candidate's Profile

  • Diploma or NVQ Level 04 or similar qualification from a university recognized by the university grand commission.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Age Below 35 Years.
