Job Title: Quality Manager - Washing

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes for the washing of garments
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of washing processes and finished products
- Ensure that all products meet the established quality standards and specifications
- Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in washing processes
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations related to garment washing and quality assurance
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into quality control processes
- Utilize modern quality assurance tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of QA processes
- Work with all operations teams to achieve the set washing plant Goal and KPI's

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Process control / Fabric Technology or relevant field, from a recognized University/Institute or Technical College
- 5-10 years working experience in the Washing Plant QA systems in the same capacity
- Proficiency in AQL standards and thorough knowledge of the entire QC Process
- Technical knowledge of Fabric and Apparel Manufacturing
- Experience in RISK assessment in preproduction and development stages
- Knowledge of Quality audits and customer standards
- Decision making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of shrinkage/adjustment and communication with factory pre-production and production team
- Knowledge of WARP, GMP, Compliance & Sustainability will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
