Solar world located in Kohuwala provides affordable on grid and off grid solar solutions to the domestic market in Sri Lanka. We are a highly dedicated team of professionals and we are on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales of solar energy products and solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to Identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; technical background preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Having a Bike license is preferred
