MSC Lanka (Pvt) Ltd acts as the local representative of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, Geneva, Switzerland. We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our team to work in a challenging working environment.
EXECUTIVE - SALES
Role Profile
- Self-driven, target oriented, passionate individual who can win customers over competition.
- Ability to make excellent business relationships, retain existing customers and secure new to enhance volume/revenue for the company.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer requests/requirements (via phone/email).
- Provide excellent customer service to the customer "go the extra mile" to be top of mind recall of customers.
- Should be a proactive, team player who is willing to assist team whenever required.
- Be able to follow guidelines, adhere to deadlines methodical and UpToDate.
Personal Profile
- Should have excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written/verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and influencing ability.
- A Diploma or similar qualification in the field of shipping and logistics will be an added advantage.
- Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales at a shipping/Logistics/Freight Forwarding company.
