Factory Accountant (Managerial Level)
Brandix Apparel Solutions (Private) Limited- Batticaloa
SCOPE
- The Factory Accountant acts as the controller of factory finance, preparing and monitoring the annual factory budget (planned vs actuals)
- Managing factory overheads
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for value creation initiatives
- Ensuring effectiveness of internal controls and governance including audit of FCA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare plant budget and monitor adherence to it
- Manage factory overheads and suggest corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for value creation projects
- Ensure governance and adherence to internal control systems in the factory
- Prepare MIS and other reports for management
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors in Commerce/Financial/Business Management or CIMA/CA/ACCA
4+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of financial budgeting, overhead management, and financial accounting
Sound understanding of factory operational processes in a managerial or leadership role
