Who we are

Hype Invention is one of the region's fastest-growing, creative, and data-driven marketing agencies. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees throughout their entire lifecycle at Hype Invention, from recruitment to development.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure screening, recruiting and selecting processes are completed in a timely manner (From advertising the job vacancies until placement of the candidates).
  • Arranging the induction and other relevant training and development programs for the staff.
  • Perform overall HR duties such as handling employee re-designations/promotions, contract administration, preparing employees' job descriptions, employee attendance, leave management, payroll administration and culture enhancement activities etc.

What you will need to be considered

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, good command of English
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge in MS office packages & Google Tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • A passion for building a positive and engaging company culture.
