Risk Assistant / Risk Officer
Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC, a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC, incorporated on 19th April 2004 is licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011. We invite applications for Head Office.
Job Profile
- Conduct risk assessments by evaluating risks based on branch exposure.
- Identify potential risk and perform regular risk assessments and audits to monitor risk factors and trends.
- Assist in developing risk strategies and monitoring compliance with policies.
- Support Risk Management by maintaining the database and assisting with audit documentation.
- Investigate incidents and suggest improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal Candidate should be between 22-35 years.
- An academic record including successful completion of GCE A/L.
- A diploma/Certificate in Risk, Business analysis, Finance, Business administration, or any other related field is compulsory.
- Possess strong MIS-related analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide informed recommendations.
- Experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent computer literacy in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English/Tamil and Sinhala is essential.
