ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Assist guests to their tables and offers them drinks and cold towel.
  • Take care of the guest and ensure the cleanliness of their table.
  • Ensure all relevant SOPs are adhered to for consistent level of service.
  • Knowledgeable of the Resort outlets’ promotions/opening hours/ services offered as well as other facilities.
  • Monitor and record guests’ movements in the assigned outlet.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Maldives-based work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Working knowledge of MICROS.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
