Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or guest-facing position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Energetic, outgoing, and cheerful personality with a genuine passion for guest engagement
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an active, outdoor environment
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure
