Process Associate - Customer Support

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via email and social media platforms.
  • Assist guests with reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Offer detailed information about services, amenities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and management, to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and complaint resolution.
  • Currently pursuing or holding a relevant degree or professional qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Presentation skills and persuasive skills would be added advantages.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
