EXECUTIVE - DEBT CONTROL & OPERATIONS
eMarketingEye is an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with over 1200 clients across 45+ countries. We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns and web analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end debt collection process and achieve the monthly collection target
- Plan, strategize, negotiate, and implement measures to recover outstanding payments
- Prepare weekly reports and other ad hoc reports in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate databases and systems for proper record-keeping
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, clients, legal officers, and account managers
- Support the finance team with other operational and financial activities as needed

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in finance and operations
- A degree or equivalent qualification in finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with QuickBooks is an added advantage
