Job Description
Job Profile:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Financial statements as per international accounting standards
- Drive a large team to meet standards & timelines
- Responsible for managing the Payment process
- Ensure delivery of services and manage internal stakeholder relationship across countries
- Study existing processes and drive for process improvements & automations
- Review KPIs periodically and drive performance in the team
Key Skills Required:
- Sound analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent people management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a multi-cultural environment whilst being a team player
- Adaptability to new technology
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Member of CA/ACCA/CMA or CIMA with minimum of 7 years experience
- Motivated team player with willingness to learn and adopt
- Knowledge in Operational Finance
- Ability to operate independently while supervising a large Team
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Oracle JD Edwards, SAP etc.)
- Cross-country working experience will be an added advantage
