Teppanyaki Chef

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a Luxury resort.
  • Positive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Flexible working hours, hands on, people’s person and service oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt as necessary, while taking initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, flair performance and able to do multitask.

Pastry Sous Chef

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Luxury resort.
  • Culinary School Diploma with Certified Pastry Chef.
  • Flexible working hours, hands on, people’s person and service oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt as necessary, while taking initiative.
  • Prior exposure in LHW will be an added advantage.
