AIR TICKETING OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the customers on the tickets, pricing, and flight schedules.
- Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records.
- Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights.
- Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors.
- Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport terminal.
- Attending all other relevant duties related to the subject matter.
Requirements:
- Minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant capacity.
- Knowledge in Visa procedure would be an added advantage.
- IATA Qualification is must.
- Full qualifications in Airline Marketing, Fares/e-ticketing reservations, GDS, Cargo and Airport Operations is an adds advantage.
- Thorough with the Amadeus system & Galilio system is mandatory.
- Knowledge in visa processing is an added advantage.
