Senior Executive - Shopper Marketing & Category Operations
At Hemas Consumer Brands, we are passionate about providing our customers with exceptional products and services. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, dedicated team, and commitment to excellence. The role holder will be accountable for;
- Delivering AE overall budget and the volume and value for responsible categories (month on month achievement).
- Development of insight-based differentiated Shopper Marketing strategies for both GT & MT and ensuring OTIF delivery of planned activities.
- Need to ensure that our Consumer Brand / Category plans get cascaded and fully integrated into the shopper, category, and customer plans by working closely with the Marketing, Channels, and Sales teams.
Who We Want
- Bachelors degree in Management / Statistics or qualification CIM / CIMA from a recognized institute.
- 3-4 years experience in sales operational functions.
