Senior Executive – Sales (Base location: Colombo)

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through planning and effective forecasting.
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, modern trade partners, architects, and interior designers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and distributor performance to drive growth.
- Conduct product training sessions for partners and stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and collaborate with marketing to align promotions with business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities
- Manage Kitchen and Furniture Partners to drive sales and meet annual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost growth and market share.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in line with credit terms.
- Acquire new customers and promote the Häfele brand to expand the vertical.
- Grow business with existing key accounts through product category expansion.
- Oversee order processing and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Conduct market potential assessments through data mapping and analysis.
- Support and execute business development and marketing activities as per the event calendar.
Role Requirement
- Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or related qualification
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of prior working experience in a similar role
- For Appliances role, Strong connect with Appliances dealers, modern trade partners and distributors is Preferred.
- For OEM role, prior experience in selling furniture fittings/ kitchen fittings would be an added advantage.
- Age: Between 22 and 35 years old
- Negotiation, PR skills (including verbal and written communication), and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
