HR EXECUTIVE
The Ensured Quality Lanka, the Online Matrimonial Service Company is serving Sri Lankans whole over the world and highly motivated to connect them in a Happy Marriage. We are looking for young & energetic team player to join with our Support Department as HR Executive.
Requirements
- Should be energetic and young & should be able to work under pressure
- Should passed G.C.E A/L & Excellent computer keyboard skills
- Full/part qualification in Human Resource from a recognized institute
- Ability to communicate well in English & Understanding Sinhala/Tamil
- At least 6 months experience in H.R industry
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process and ensure the top talent joins the team
- Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Supporting the employee performance monitoring processes
- Monitoring C.R.M, Call Center System to analyze team's performance
