3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
Expertise in Nest.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and microservices architecture.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Strong skills in unit testing, Git, and debugging tools.
Understanding of web security, OAuth, and performance optimization.
Familiar with Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, and Trello.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
