Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across departments.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance goals.
  • Monitor resource allocation, budgets, and key operational metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver peak performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operational leadership role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related are a plus.
  • Knowing Sinhala, Tamil, and English will be considered a strong advantage.
