Residency Requirement:
Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute range from the airport
Position Overview:
As a Service Crew Member, you will be at the forefront of our café, responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall ambiance and operation of the lounge. Your duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist with seating, and provide menu recommendations.
- Order Taking: Accurately take and process customer orders using the POS system.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are correct and presented well.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty teas and coffees.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
- Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Airport Security Compliance: Adhere to all airport-specific regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
