We are hiring:
Operations Associates
ROLE:
We are looking for highly motivated dynamic individuals to join our team to work in BPO/KPO related services for our local and international clients. The role may require working during US business hours.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A recognized degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Non-graduate with previous Revenue Cycle Management or BPO/KPO experience
- Excellent command of English in both written and spoken form
- Hands on experience with Excel and Word
- Ability to work to multitask and work extended hours if and when required
- Ability to work according to the US Calendar and time as required
