QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE - ECOCYCLE
Scope of the Role
This role is responsible for supporting sample analysis, including fingerprint and AFR in-process testing, while assisting in quality control and assurance activities. Handle various sample types safely, follow standard procedures (ASTM, USEPA, SLS, ISO), and help maintain ISO/IEC 17025 and IMS standards. Ensure timely analysis, meets SLA requirements, and supports laboratory accreditation and QA processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and quality assessments for AFR materials, operate and maintain AFR laboratory equipment, and ensure analysis services meet required standards.
- Perform quality control for in-process and incoming materials, maintain the laboratory in compliance with ISO 17025, and ensure QA/QC work is efficiently carried out following standard test methods.
- Follow up on five-point analysis, validate and verify methods, and ensure quick fingerprint analysis of incoming materials before unloading, while managing the return process for off-spec waste.
- Maintain SAP databases for all incomings.
- Operate the operation and commercial analysis-related laboratory-authorized equipment.
- Follow the laboratory standard test methods such as ASTM test methods.
- Operation of AFR Laboratory Equipment and maintain.
- Maintain Laboratory as per ISO 17025 requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Science specialized in Chemistry.
- Experience with quality assurance, laboratory work, and familiarity with commercial analysis equipment for 1+ years.
- ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Basic knowledge, Chemical handling safety & good laboratory practices knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience with wastewater, drinking water, and fertilizer testing as per standards methods (SLS, ISO, AOAC, APHA) - APHA, SLS, ASTM, ISO test methods & IMS standards knowledge.
- Analytical skills and computer and language literacy required.
