HR Executive - Talent Acquisition (Colombo 2)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Team Leader with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and mathematics to lead and supervise our data entry team. In this role, you will oversee data entry operations, ensure accuracy, and drive team performance while applying your advanced Excel skills and mathematical knowledge to optimize workflows and analyze data.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field | Professional Qualification in HR (CIPM, PQHRM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and absenteeism tracking.
- Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and other documentation.
