ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new catering sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend to all sales enquiries and new sales leads through telephone, e-mails.
  • Communicate with clients to assist them in event planning, selecting menus and logistics.
  • Prepare and timely submit sales proposals, contracts and event orders.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and productions team to facilitate and plan outdoor catering events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
  • Age below 35.
