INTERN – INTERNATIONAL MARKETING
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS) manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Operations
- Day-to-day processing
- Production coordination
- Pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation
- Sample processing
- Shipping and customer service
- Negotiate and obtain competitive freight rates from forwarders
- Track shipments and update importers on shipment status
- Administration
- Organize and update department filing systems
- Get involved in department process development
Required qualifications and skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Following/completed a degree or diploma in International Business and Operations or
- Following/completed a degree or diploma in logistics and supply chain management or
- 1-2 years of experience in working at an export organization
- Good results in Mathematics and English
- Competent IT skills – proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Understanding of how systems and processes work in operations
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams
- Language skills – sound; written and verbal communicator in English and Sinhala

- Speed of delivery - Strong determination to deliver tasks on time
- Good organizing skills to understand approach to solving a problem
