Senior Associate/ Supervisor - F&B Service or Bartender
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in training, mentoring and leading the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything in food and beverage service
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Handling Guests Requests/ Complaints and resolving it in the best manner
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Young and result-oriented candidates with a minimum proven experience of 2 years in F&B Service operations in 5-star luxury resorts will be preferred.
