Positions:
- BIM / Revit Coordinator (MEP)
- BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler / Revit Draughtsman (Snr / Jnr) - Mechanical / Plumbing / Electrical and ELV
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience with an MEP contractor. Physical work experience in the Gulf region is an added advantage.
Qualification:
BSc, HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or NCED.
Location:
Kiribathgoda (Full-time, Saturday 7hrs flexible timing, work from office)
Requirements:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Revit MEP software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and ACC, with a solid understanding of MEP materials.
- Familiarity with MEP modular systems is advantageous.
- Perform accurate BIM modeling and coordination from LOD 300 to LOD 500, including shop drawing extraction.
- Undertake 2D extraction and annotation tasks for MEP IFC/Shop drawings as assigned including MEP coordination drawings.
