Job Role
- Design and implement livelihood and entrepreneurship development programmes.
- Manage and monitor program / project activities, ensuring impact and sustainability.
- Provide leadership in facilitating training, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with government and private stakeholders to build partnerships and mobilize resources.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Community Development, Agri Business Management, Agri Resource Management Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in Tamil is a must.
- Proven experience in managing livelihood or entrepreneurship programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- A valid motor bike license.
