Position: Korean-Speaking Tour Executive – Inbound Tourism
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our sales office in Korea exclusively in Korean
- Travel to Korea for sales promotions and market engagement
- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and accurately
- Design creative itineraries tailored to client requirements
- Prepare costings and quotations for each travel request
- Take full ownership of each inquiry from initial contact to tour completion
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers
- Ensure smooth execution of all confirmed tours
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately and on time
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) similar to TOPIK Level 4 or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Age between 20 – 35 preferred
- A degree or professional qualification in Tourism or Hospitality is an added advantage
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Capable of working independently with sound judgment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexible, coachable, and adaptive to change
- Proactive, self-organized, and goal-driven
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High level of accountability and ownership
