Hutch Lanka is searching for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager – Trade Marketing & Retail Distribution to develop and execute trade marketing strategies, optimize retail distribution, drive sales performance, and enhance retailer engagement. This role involves planning and executing trade promotions, managing sales channel performance, monitoring market trends, and ensuring cost-efficient distribution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant professional qualification (Full CIM/SLIM is an advantage).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, distribution planning, and sales channel management.
- Strong expertise in retail strategy, market research, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and analytical skills.
