Seller Engagement Specialist (E-commerce)
Focus: Support and grow seller performance on selected software marketplace.
Top Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Seller shops to ensure they’re up-to-date and high-performing.
- Engage directly with Sellers to improve visibility, lead generation, and quote requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Shop Admin, Sales, BDMs) to support seller success and drive marketplace growth.
Ideal Profile:
- 2–5 years in e-commerce, online marketing, or digital marketplaces.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.
Work Setup:
- Remote-first
- Monday to Friday (UK hours)
- International, fast-growing environment
