Seller Engagement Specialist (E-commerce)

Focus: Support and grow seller performance on selected software marketplace.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Seller shops to ensure they’re up-to-date and high-performing.
  • Engage directly with Sellers to improve visibility, lead generation, and quote requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Shop Admin, Sales, BDMs) to support seller success and drive marketplace growth.

Ideal Profile:

  • 2–5 years in e-commerce, online marketing, or digital marketplaces.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.

Work Setup:

  • Remote-first
  • Monday to Friday (UK hours)
  • International, fast-growing environment
