Primary Job role
Intern - ICT is responsible to handle daily support incidents related to hardware and software issues. Responsible for resolution of day-to-day issues of end users and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Handle maintenance of IT systems, as per requirements at the respective SBU center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day to day issues of end users and support for uninterrupted business operations.
- Responsible for asset management at the respective SBU center.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting. (PC formatting, laptop repair, printer handling, software installation etc.)
- Basic network troubleshooting. (basic Wifi, LAN)
- Helpdesk Support.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
