The Job

  • Manage all in-bound and out-bound logistics functions of the company, including handling Goods Received Notes (GRN), dispatch notes, and goods return notes.
  • Implement purchasing plans through proper monitoring of the re-order levels.
  • Supervise the delivery team and coordinate with the sales team to manage the daily delivery plan effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate system stock system by updating daily stock in - out in the system.
  • Coordinate with the clearing agents, external and internal teams.
  • Undertake store administration duties such as presenting management reports, managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Implement inventory control systems, conduct periodic stock counts, and reconcile system and physical inventories regularly.

The Person

  • Passed G.C.E O/L.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Knowledge of store management is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional qualification related to logistic management will be an added advantage.
  • Preference given to candidates residing in Kaduwela, Malabe, Battaramulla, or Angoda.
  • Age below 35 years.
