Team Leader / Mid-Level Manager
BPO Outsourcing
- Experience: 5-8 years in BPO outsourcing, with team management experience
- Team Size: 20-40 people
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); Tamil preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of 20-40 members in delivering high-quality outsourced services.
- Ensure client SLAs and quality standards are met.
- Coach team members and manage performance metrics.
- Coordinate with international clients as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong BPO outsourcing background.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
